Whether you’re interested in volunteering a couple of times a year or a couple of times a week, there’s a place for you at TAP.

Ways you can volunteer to make a difference

Advocate for Change: Work to pass new laws prohibiting the sale and consumption of energy drinks to minor children. Start by emailing and meeting with your legislators and local governments.

Advise a Board: Consider a community leadership role by serving on a local advisory board.

Take Steps to Raise Funds: Sign up to organize a golf tournament, pancake breakfast or a TAP Walk in your community to help raise funds to educate the public about the dangers of energy drink and pre-workout dangers as well as helping to educate the medical community about the importance of proper reporting of adverse events and deaths.

Speak Out: Notify your schools, civic groups, clubs and other organizations to let them know you would like to help educate and raise awareness by having a TAP presentation in your community.

Monitor Reports of adverse effects and deaths: Encourage those within your families and social circles who state they've experienced a adverse effect or death, to report their case to the the proper agencies and share their story on TAP’s website.

Roll Up Your Sleeves: Help set up events, run an information booth or attend community fairs.

Student Volunteers: Becoming a student volunteer, is a great way for students to complete their community service hours; important for students with their eye on college acceptance. More importantly they are giving back to their community and potentially helping to save a life. Consider joining TAP’s Student Advisory Committee. Read more about becoming a student volunteer here
